Solid-core flush doors are very popular. The wood which is used in these doors is mainly hard and mineral composition. The different combinations of particle board, laminated core, cross band, face wood veneer, blockboard, etc. are used to manufacture these doors.
The width of these doors must be more than 7.5 cm of stiles, and top and bottom rails. This type of door also provides sound insulation properties. The frame of these doors is made of timber wood and hardwood lipping is done around the framing to impart more strength and durability to the door.
